Hi, my name is Chef Dae! Cooking has always been my passion. Growing up, I spent hours in the kitchen watching my mom and grandmother create dishes that brought our family and friends together. The joy I saw on their faces when they took their first bites left a lasting impression on me. That sense of connection and love through food is what inspired me to start cooking myself.
As much as I loved creating meals, I quickly realized that with today’s busy lifestyle, it wasn’t always feasible to prepare dishes from scratch with the time and ingredients they required. I often found myself wishing there was a way to add that rich, umami flavor to my cooking without spending so much time gathering ingredients and putting everything together. I wanted to create something simple yet bursting with flavor - something that would make it easy to elevate any dish for anyone who enjoys cooking at home. By combining locally sourced, organic, and fresh ingredients with a rich butter sauce; That's when SAUS' was born! The result was nothing short of magic...an easy-to-use, versatile butter sauce that brings depth and deliciousness to every meal.
SAUS' is a celebration of the flavors I grew up with, crafted to fit seamlessly into the busy lives we all lead today. It's more than just a product but a way to bring the warmth and comfort of home cooked meals to your table.
